Het veldonderzoek wordt eventueel aangevuld met licht literatuuronderzoek en voor handen zijnde archiefmateriaal en oude foto’s. Met de gevonden informatie wordt de (vermoedelijke) monumentwaarde vastgesteld. <br /> <br /> ===Resultaat===<br /> Op basis van het onderzoek naar de bouw- en gebruiksgeschiedenis wordt een waardestelling opgesteld.
